CV Lions Club provided outstanding pancake breakfasts, pulled pork sandwiches, pork verde nachos and bacon wrapped hot dogs to hungry event goers.

Youth Scholarships were provided to applicants in support of their educational goals or to support special endeavors in organizations where they were members such as Boy Scouts of America, 4-H or Future Farmers of America.

Sight Conservation Contributions in 2016-2017
CV Lions Club’s Sight Conservation Project chair, President Martin Moreno visited several Desert Sands USD schools to provide information on the Sight Conservation grant opportunities available to support students in need of corrective eye care. Our Club provided four community members with financial support to correct their vision concerns. Two of the community members were adults and two were youth applicants.
